Assessments / Health Checks

If you are new to your job or perhaps have been tasked with assessing the success of a program, project, or other initiative, you might find yourself unsure of where to begin. VIP conducts assessment to pinpoint a project's true status, identify goals, determine the effectiveness of current processes, identify risks, and ultimately, develop a plan of action to help you succeed.  Independent assessments, or what we often call health checks, give you a snapshot in time and a new baseline from which you can measure success or take action.
