Jonna Ward, Chief Executive Officer/President
Jonna founded VIP in 1996 by establishing a clear vision to provide superior service for her customers. The successful execution of this vision is best evidenced by VIP’s proven track record of repeat business that constitutes 84.2% of VIP revenue. Through Jonna’s strategic, operational, and financial leadership, she enabled VIP to grow from a company with one employee (herself) to a global consulting firm with 900+ staff and a backlog of revenue through 2012. Prior to VIP, Jonna held key management positions with Accenture where she sold and implemented mega-sized systems to increase revenue, maximize performance, and streamline processes. Jonna is well-known for her charity involvement and for her active participation in government reform activities. |

Zane Edwards, Executive Vice President
Zane has over 20 years of sales and business development experience of which the last 7 years are concentrated in building, managing, and maintaining MyITgroup Sales Organization. In this role of EVP of Sales Zane is responsible for the overall leadership of MyITgroup SAP Services Sales. Under Zane's leadership, Sales delivers a consistent, integrated and responsive customer experience through a unified sales and services organization. Prior to VIP, Zane served as Vice President of ERP Professional Services Sales and Delivery at a large application service provider. |

Vince Juaristi, Executive Vice President
Vince brings a diversity of experience in working with and for federal, state, and local government agencies. With a Masters degree in Public Policy from Harvard University, he provided policy advice at the highest levels of a state’s government, including welfare reform, public education, post-secondary education, health care programs, and information technology. Coupled with his VIP duties, Vince accepted a nomination from President George W. Bush in December 2005 to be a Board Member for the Corporation for National and Community Service. Vince was confirmed unanimously by the U.S. Senate in May 2006. Since then, he has helped oversee several national programs including AmeriCorps, NCCC, Learn and Serve America, SeniorCorps, and VISTA. He has assisted with reconstruction efforts in the Gulf after Hurricane’s Katrina and Rita. |

David M. Perroni, Executive Vice President
David has over 18 years experience in the information technology industry with an emphasis in ERP, specifically with SAP where he has spent the last 10 years of his career supporting the North American SAP professional services and hosting markets. Prior to VIP, David was a Partner with KPMG Consulting where he was assigned to the KPMG/ Qwest Communications joint venture and participated in the building of the ERP Hosting and Professionals Services business model. |

David J. Rowe, Executive Vice President
Dave has over 17 years experience in the information technology industry with emphasis in system development and a deep expertise in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Dave is responsible for Sales, Delivery and Operations for the National Commercial Solutions Team. Prior to VIP, Dave was one of the founders of Cornerstone Consulting which was acquired by VIP in 2005. Prior to forming Cornerstone, Dave was a Vice President with GE Capital where he was responsible for sales and delivery of technology solutions. |
